When you think the price action is “crazy” or “diabolical” it’s nice to sometimes understand why.
Right now liquidity is fairly low so the algo’s, MM’s and powers at be are taking every opportunity to liquidate people.
I’ve found these liq heatmaps to be the most reliable indicator of where the charts are going way than any fancy scribbly lines and indicators “experts” are using, playing out 90% of the time. Of course freak things also happen which none of us can foresee.
70-80% of the market right now is algorithms and bots. Market makers aren’t people sat behind a screen. A small amount is pro traders and a very small amount retail.

Pretty much tapped the 84k area and bounced, but still possible we revisit into 80-84k range.
It’s crazy how fast the heatmaps change on a short time frame, just shows you how much leverage people are playing with. Far too much leverage and liquidations far too close to their entry, the markets have changed so much, newbies are gambling, it’s easy work for the powers at be.
It’s like Jake Paul getting in the ring with AJ, they are gonna get a lesson, but at least he gets a pay day. You/they wont, stop guessing, start following.

Now where does it go? Back to the yellow line?
This has worked for weeks for me. This won’t last forever and the process will change, but right now it’s super clear, they hunt liquidity. Green candles on a down trend are there to shake you out and vice versa, support levels mean nothing they are just painting them to trick you.
Remember approx 80% of the market is algos and smart computers, they don’t have emotion and make the easiest moves to make money. At some point that will mean higher, when everyone is fucking exhausted.
