Alhumdulillah, we are on the ground in Idlib, Syria.
The nights are already turning cold, and soon the rain will turn it all to mud. Thin plastic sheets for walls. Bare ground for a floor. Children shivering with no heaters, mothers trying to cook over open fires.
The bombs may have stopped, but the suffering hasn't.
Over 5 MILLION people are still displaced inside Syria - forgotten in camps, with no homes to return to. Winter for them is not a season, it's a battle for survival.
This week, the One Nation UK team are distributing heaters, fuel, heavy winter clothing, bedding and hot meals - but the need is beyond words. Every tent we enter, they ask for the same thing: "Help us stay warm."
Don't let them face this winter alone.
