A devastating 7.4-magnitude earthquake has struck western Colombia, leaving communities in urgent need of help.

More than 160 people have now been confirmed dead, with the death toll expected to rise as rescue teams continue searching through collapsed buildings and rubble. Over 1,500 buildings have been damaged or destroyed, leaving families facing loss, displacement and an uncertain future.
