*Day 6 - Fasting is a Shield*

Ramadan reminds us that fasting isn’t just about abstaining from food and drink, it’s about guarding the heart, disciplining the soul and strengthening our faith.

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه اللّٰه said:

“Each time a charitable person gives, he feels his heart expanding and his breath relieved, as if a robe of iron were loosening for him.
Whenever he gives, it loosens, relaxes and expands; his happiness grows even stronger and his joy increases.”

*Day 7 - The Qur’an Softens Hearts*

The Qur’an softens the heart. In a world that hardens us, distracts us and pulls us away from what really matters, the words of Allah bring us back.

This Ramadan, don’t just recite it. Reflect on it. Live by it. Let it change you.

If your heart feels heavy, open the Qur’an. If you feel lost, open the Qur’an. Guidance, mercy and peace are waiting.

Make this the Ramadan your relationship with the Qur’an truly begins.
