Your support can bring hope to those enduring unimaginable hardship.

*Urgent Crisis in Sudan — Answer the Call*

Our Ummah is facing heartbreak in Gaza and Sudan. In Sudan alone, over 11 million people are internally displaced, with millions more forced to flee across borders — making it the world’s largest displacement crisis.

In Gaza, at least 142,000 people were displaced in just one week amid relentless conflict and blockade.

Their urgent needs: food, shelter, clean water, protection, and hope. Our Ummah cannot sit silent. Please donate and make du’aa for those suffering.

It was narrated that Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari said:

"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Which mosque was built first?' He said: 'Al-Masjid Al-Haram (in Makkah).' I said: 'Then which?' He said: 'then Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa (in Jerusalem).' I said: 'How many years between them?' He said: 'Forty years, but the whole earth is a mosque for you, so pray wherever you are when the time for prayer comes.'"

ʿUmar ibn ʿUbaydullāh ibn Maʿmar once passed by a Black man eating beside a palm-tree garden, with a dog sitting before him. Each time he took a morsel, he would toss one to the dog.

ʿUmar asked him, “Is this your dog?”

He replied, “No.”

ʿUmar said, “Then why do you feed him as you feed yourself?”

The man answered, “I feel ashamed eating before a creature with two eyes watching me eat and not share with him.”

ʿUmar asked, “Are you a free man or a slave?”

He said, “A slave belonging to one of the Banū ʿĀṣim.”

So ʿUmar went to the said tribe's gathering place, purchased the man and the garden beside which he sat, then returned and said to him, “Do you realize that God has now set you free?”

The man replied, “All praise is due to God alone, and then to the one who freed me.”

ʿUmar said, “And this garden is now yours.”

The man said, “I make you witness that I dedicate it as a waqf (endowment) for the poor of Madinah.”

ʿUmar exclaimed, “Woe to you! You do this despite your own need?”

He replied, “I am ashamed before God to be granted something by Him and then be stingy with it toward Him!”
