Having A Good Interior

Fear Allāh regarding the inner feelings (sarā'ir), because having a good exterior on its own, cannot benefit while the interior (ẓāhir) is corrupt.

Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) said:

"There are three causes of misguidance: misguided leaders, the argument of a hypocrite using the Qur'an, and the slip of a scholar."

*Behind Every Smile*

Every person you meet is fighting battles you may never see. Mental health challenges, ADHD, autism, and other struggles affect daily lives in ways we often don’t understand.

Let’s choose compassion over judgment and support our Ummah in need. Help those silently struggling and make a difference today.

Small Continous Deeds, Big Rewards.

‎قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : اكلفوا من العمل ما تطيقون فإن خير العمل أدومه وإن قل.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Burden (yourselves) with deeds of which you are capable, for the best of deed is that which is continous even if little.”

*Day 1 of Aid in Afghanistan*

Alhumdulillah, on day 1 our One Nation UK teams in Afghanistan began distributing cash donations to orphans, including those with disabilities, helping them with their urgent needs.

Alongside this, we provided hot meals to displaced families who have returned from Iran and Pakistan, struggling to rebuild their lives. Your continued support is a lifeline for our Ummah in need.

Challenges 4 Humanity & One Nation Youth Team kicked off their first distribution in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka! 🇱🇰

We were humbled to hand over sewing machines, bikes for education, vending cart bikes, and canoes, empowering families with tools to build brighter futures.

We also revisited past beneficiaries who are now thriving with their poultry farms and sewing machines.
Together, small steps create big change.

Join us on the journey of how One Nation sources food for families in Gaza. With prices for basic items skyrocketing and dangerous travel to crowded markets, our teams go the extra mile—literally—making the necessary arrangements to ensure every family receives essential supplies. Alhamdulillah, thanks to your support, we can continue bringing hope, nourishment, and relief to our Ummah in need.

*🇱🇰 Sri Lanka Deployment – Day 2*

We distributed hot meals and food packs to families, gave school bags to children, and shared Qurans at a Darul Uloom. The highlight of the day was opening One Nation’s very first home built in Sri Lanka.

Seeing how people live and the challenges they face was deeply moving, but every smile reminded us why this work matters.

*Bringing Warmth and Relief to Kabul, Afghanistan*

Alhumdulillah, our One Nation UK team visited Shakar Dara in Kabul, reaching some of the most needy families across several villages.

We distributed heaters to help them face the harsh winter, visited Bibi Aysha Siddiqa Madressah to gift 100 abayas and sweets to children, and provided food parcels to 150 struggling families. With millions displaced and affected by war, the need is immense.

Let’s continue to support our Ummah in need.
