*Fasting: A Shield for the Soul 🛡️✨*
https://youtube.com/shorts/lPCTEienHNI
Our desires can lead us astray, but fasting is a shield—training our hearts, minds, and souls to seek closeness to Allah.
Ramadan is our chance to discipline our nafs (self), control our desires, and prepare for the eternal journey to the Hereafter.
“Fasting is a shield; so when one of you fasts, let him not behave obscenely or act ignorantly.” – Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Bukhari, Muslim)
Let’s embrace this shield and strengthen our connection with our Creator. 🤲💙
