‘Umar bin al-Khattab رضي الله عنه
wrote in a letter to Abū Mūsā al-Ash’āri saying:

"Be content with your provision in this world, for the Most Merciful has honored some of His servants over others in terms of provision as a test of both. The one who has been given plenty is being tested to see if he will give thanks to Allāh and fulfill the duties which are his by virtue of his wealth (i.e. charity)"

*The Akhirah Project | Homes In Pakistan 2023*

In 2022 , Pakistan declared a state of emergency. The flooding was described as the worst flooding in the country’s history. Since the South Asian floods in 2020.

• Morethan 33 Million people were effected.

• Almost 8 million people had to leave their homes and are now homeless or living in emergency shelters.

• Thousands lost their lives

• Over 2 Million homes
destroyed and killed over 900,000 livestock

*One Nation* launched an emergency appeal to house the flood victims. *The Akhirah Project partners with One Nation* fundraised to provide shelter , dignity and security to the most needy beneficiary.

Please see completion of *Two Homes In Pakistan* made as Sadaqah Jaariyah on behalf of our late Brother Kassar Uddin Ahmed.
