solana-snapshot-finder is back⚡️
We’ve resumed active work on the popular Solana snapshot tool and shipped a long list of improvements around source discovery, incremental recovery, bootstrap readiness, runtime blacklisting, and smarter download handling.
From a performance standpoint, in remote regions like Singapore and Japan, full snapshot download time can now be reduced by roughly 10x compared with the standard Agave validator bootstrap snapshot fetch path.
If you run a Solana validator and want faster snapshot fetches, give it a try:
