⚟ خب، انصافا بخوام بگم، اونا واقعا لطف بزرگی در حق ما کردن. اون تجربه برای ما فوق‌العاده باارزش بود. چون اون موقع واقعا تازه‌کار بودیم. منظورم اینه که اوضاع داشت خیلی خوب پیش میرفت، اما ما هنوز خیلی تازه‌کار بودیم. ولی آره، اون اولین اجرایی که با اونا داشتیم — قطعا یه نقطه‌ی عطف بود از نظر اینکه چطور آینده‌ی کارمون رو می‌دیدیم. و واقعا از همون اجرا، هیجان‌انگیز بودن مسیر رو حس کردیم.

⚞ Well, to be fair on that, like, they definitely did us a massive favor. That experience for us was invaluable. Also, like, because we were so new to it at that point. We were so new to it. I mean, things were going really well for us, but we were really, really new to it. But yeah, that first show that we played with them — that was definitely a turning point in terms of how we perceived where it was going. And it definitely felt really exciting from that one, actually

—خیلی چیز بود — هر چی بگی. راستش، چیزای خیلی تصادفی و عجیب‌غریبی بودن. مثلاً اون عروسک‌ها هنوزم یکم منو میترسونن. از روی ما عروسک ساخته بودن، و خب، یه جورایی شبیه خودم بود! ولی آره، اون دوران واقعا دیوونه‌کننده بود. هر چی بگی، ما ازش جنس تبلیغاتی داشتیم!

—It's so much — like, you name it. Like, honestly, like, it's so much random stuff. I mean, the dolls still kind of creep me out a little bit. They were made by dolls, and, like, it's kind of like me. But yeah, that was a crazy time. You name it, we made it.

⚟ توی بعضی بخش‌ها سخت‌تره و توی بعضی بخش‌ها راحت‌تر. فقط می‌تونم بگم فرق داره. وقتی داری برای یه پروژه یا یه بند مینویسی، جا برای چیزهایی مثل خودخواهی یا عدم‌اعتمادبه‌نفس خیلی کمتره، پس روندش یه‌جورایی ساده‌تر و مستقیم‌تره.
ولی وقتی برای خودت مینویسی، موضوع درونی‌تر می‌شه. به نظرم وقتی حاضر باشی صادق و آسیب‌پذیر باشی، فایده‌ی بیشتری داره. با این حال، نوشتن برای خودت یه حس صادق‌تر و مستقیم‌تر داره.

⚞ It's more challenging in some parts and easy in others. I'd just say it’s different. When you’re writing for something.. and for a group, there’s not as much room for, like, ego or insecurity or anything kind of like that. So it feels a little bit more straightforward. Whereas, you know, when you write for yourself, it’s a bit more introspective, which I think, you know, you get more benefit from when you’re willing to be. honest and vulnerable and stuff. But it feels a little bit more direct, I think, when you write for yourself.

— من همیشه خیلی به موفقیت پسرا ایمان داشتم، قطعا. ولی فکر میکنم چیزی که این ماجرا رو خاص کرد اینه که ما از نظر سلیقه‌ی موسیقیایی خیلی باهم فرق داریم. به نظرم همین باعث شدچون در گذشته خیلی نمونه از گروه‌هایی که هر عضو جداگانه موفق بشه وجود نداشته اما چون هر کدوم‌مون سبک متفاوتی کار می‌کنیم جا برای همه‌مون هست می‌دونی؟

—I've always had a lot of faith in the boys succeeding definitely. But I think also, you know, that’s what made it special is we’re all quite different, like, in terms of taste musically.So I think that’s where, you know maybe there’s not been a lot of examples historically of people having individual success. But I think because we all kind of make different stuff there’s kind of room for each other you know? So yeah it’s cool It’s cool

—نمیدونم، نمیتونم از طرف بقیه حرف بزنم، ولی خب میدونی، داشتن اون حد از کنترل واقعا یه امتیاز خاص بود خودمونم میدونستیم این یه جور لوکسه ولی راستش تا اون موقع حقش رو داشتیم.(یعنی اون زمان حقش رو داشتن که بگن بهترین بند هستن)
با این حال، به نظرم تو هر شرایطی، باید خود گروه حرف اصلی رو بزنه، چون آخرش همون چیزیه که فنا دوست دارن بشنون.

—I don't know. I can't speak for them, but, like, you know, there was definitely a luxury. We were aware of having that kind of control was definitely a luxury, but, you know, we kind of earned it at that point. But also, again, like, in kind of every situation, I think, you know, the band should have the biggest voice because that’s what the fans want to hear.
