✅Conventional wisdom often dictates that if two answers look-alike but are slightly different, one of the two choices is probably correct.
👉IET – Here the look-alike choices are B and C
✅Here 50 : 50 % chances for option B and C. 👉So by this method You come to "probability of 50 % chances" of correct even if you don't know about correct answer.[this may not apply for some exceptional Questions] @missioncapfhub

📌Option A = Dpsp is for state (as name suggest that it's directive for state ) and not for citizens. So eliminate this
📌Option B = Fundamental duties (Question statement is sound like duties to do by citizens)
✅Option B = correct answer
📌Option C = Fundamental rights (it's about rights not duties so eliminate)
📌Option D = preamble (broad principles to guide Constitution but out Question statement is very clear and directed to citizens) so eliminate this.
