If you have been disqualified during PET at GC CRPF Talegaon (Pune) due to poor track conditions, mismanagement, or any unfair conduct, this is the time to raise your voice collectively.

Many candidates have prepared for years, sacrificing time, money, and effort. Losing a chance because of bad track conditions or improper management is not just unfortunate – it is unacceptable.

✅ Summary of Delhi HC order regarding CAPF 2024.

The court has relaxed the cut-off date for OBC-NCL certificates.
OBC-NCL certificates will now be accepted even if they were issued after the earlier cut-off date, as long as they were issued within the correct financial year, i.e.:
1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024, and
1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025.

Authorities must consider such candidates provisionally, verify the OBC-NCL status, and not reject them only because the certificate was issued late.

Cut-off date will not be used to disqualify eligible candidates.

Authorities are free to check other eligibility criteria—but cannot reject only because of the certificate date.
The writ petitions are allowed, and all pending applications are disposed of.
