Today is such a proud and inspiring moment for all of us at One Book One Community (OBOC). As we joined the Cambodian Librarians Association (CLA) Annual Gathering Meeting 2025 on November 14, 2025, I felt truly moved watching this year’s celebration of 41 Outstanding Awardees across four categories:

We are also honored that:
