During last week's Munich Security Conference (MSC), Ukrainian President Zelensky suggested Ukraine should re-negotiate the security agreements that led to the country's abandonment of its nuclear stockpile.

RT Reporter Murad Gazdiev writes that this was the final straw for Putin and Russia, which saw Zelensky's comment as "a declaration of intent to restore Ukraine as a nuclear power."
