When scientists hide data and mislead the Public to set a narrative, that’s when the pharmacist and the pharmacy boards refuse to fill the medication that can actually save your life.
Unfortunately, HB 12 “right to try” is also rotting under Republican leadership here in Ohio because Matt Huffman- thinks that pharmacists with a political agenda knows better for you than your doctor.
It’s time for Republican House members to elect a new speaker who cares about our medical liberties and whether we live or die.

OAMF is a political organization that holds legislators accountable and defends the rights of citizens. We write and advocate for real medical freedom legislation that will have a real effect on lives of Ohioans.
Any legislator that claims to be pro-medical freedom should be doing the same. If they aren’t, then OAMF is not the problem, they are.
The legislators who are in the trenches with OAMF are true allies to the people. They respect OAMF because they respect the PEOPLE!

Last month at a Liberty Valley Church Townhall with Vivek Ramaswamy, OAMF asked Vivek to publicly clarify his stance on the Conscientious Right to Refuse HB 112 and vaccine passports.
Vivek also supports the passage of HB 12 / SB 209 Right 2 Try (for off label FDA approved drugs that are being refused to patients) as well as the expansion of Right to Try to include drugs that are not yet FDA approved.

“Joe Filicetti told the Idaho Statesman in a phone interview Wednesday that Andrea Renee Shaw did not suffocate her children — an indictment and the Payette County prosecutor alleged that as being how the children were killed — but rather the fraternal twins died days after receiving vaccinations for Hepatitis A, DTaP and influenza.
"I've not seen one shred of evidence from the prosecutor. We've not received discovery. I did get a copy of the grand jury indictment. It indicates smothering or suffocating," Filicetti told the Statesman. "We also believe the babies died from suffocation — more than likely that's the mechanism of death in this particular reaction — but there's absolutely nothing my client did to injure her children.”
“Days after the twins died, Nathaniel and Andrea Shaw appeared on a streamed show for Children's Health Defense, a controversial group started several years ago by current Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that has gotten in hot water for inaccurate claims about vaccines and other health issues.”
“During the interview, the Shaws said they told their pediatrician before the vaccinations that some of Nathaniel's relatives had experienced reactions to the flu vaccine.
"They said despite the fact that you said there are issues on the father's side, the pediatrician still said it's OK to vaccinate these babies with the flu shot," Andrea told CHD.”
“The children fell ill the next day, Andrea said, and she took them to a hospital emergency room.”

We hope the legislature understands the magnitude of the Data Center Issue. If Republican leadership (Speaker Huffman and Senate President McColley) does not swiftly pass the regulatory and voter control provisions in OAMF’s “Data Center Accountability & Citizens Protections Act” then we will be officially joining the efforts to collect signatures alongside Conserve Ohio to ban them.
Data Centers will be done with safety regulations, transparency, and with a local citizen vote, or we will fight to make sure that they aren’t done at all.
