While the POLITICO polling numbers are a bit lower than the Brownstone Institute’s poll earlier this year, the fact remains that the MAJORITY of REPUBLICANS (56%) and a significant portion of Democrats (46%) WANT MEDICAL FREEDOM.
Yet, Ohio House and Senate LEADERSHIP continue to IGNORE their Republican BASE by BLOCKING “Right 2 Try” (HB 12/ SB209) and “Conscientious Right 2 Refuse Act” (HB 112). This is creating an APATHETIC VOTER BASE that could cost us the Governor’s race and House & Senate seats around the state.

“Results from the March poll of 3,851 U.S. adults conducted by Public First show that a plurality of Americans question the safety of vaccines, support reducing the number administered and believe that people’s right to decide what they put in their bodies is more important than preventing the spread of disease.”
The largest share of POLITICO Poll respondents — 41 percent — said REPUBLICANS as a political party ARE MOST WORRIED about VACCINE side effects. BUT they were more DIVIDED over WHICH PARTY “would CHALLENGE BIG PHARMACEUTICAL companies” — 29 percent favored Republicans while 33 percent said Democrats would. The remainder was DIVIDED among those who don’t know or who think both parties or neither PARTY would take on the industry.”

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s views are commonplace across the land.
Ask your doctor if a 35% death rate from pulmonary Hantavirus syndrome is right for YOU!
There are no confirmed treatments currently available for Hantavirus. Since House Speaker Huffman and Senate President McColley have REFUSED to CALL the VOTE on HB 12 “Right to Try” or to MOVE it’s companion bill, SB 209, when a possible treatment is found, it will likely be blocked by the OH pharmacy and medical boards and your local pharmacist.
OAMF’s Right to Try legislation was written 3 1/2 years ago and passed the House in June 2023… only to be killed by Matt Huffman and then blocked by him again this General Assembly.
Since any effective off-label treatment options are likely to be refused to us, it will guarantee that an Emergency Use Authorized mRNA vaccine will arrive at the height of the outbreak and ensure that your employer will mandate it for you to continue to get a paycheck.
You COULD have Conscientious Right to Refuse legislation in place to protect you against these tyrannical mandates, but Speaker Matt Huffman is refusing to allow that bill to pass also!

“Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome (HPS): Predominant in North and South America. It has a high mortality rate, with approximately 30–50% of infected individuals dying from severe respiratory failure. In the U.S., about 35% of laboratory-confirmed HPS cases are fatal.”

To every mom who packed a lunch and tied a shoe before walking their child to the bus stop,
To every mom who sat and stacked blocks with her little ones when she had no energy left to give,
To every mom who held a cold cloth on a hot forehead or spent half the night cleaning up vomit and washing bedding,
To every mom on her knees in the hospital waiting room praying their child will make it through the surgery,
To every autism mom who celebrated one of her adult children graduating college with honors while the other sat on the couch rocking in his headphones and watching Barney on his iPad,
To every special needs mom who spent the day patching holes in their living room walls after yesterday’s meltdown or cleaning up a bedroom with feces smeared all over it,
To every mom who works 2 jobs just to make ends meet,
To every mom who cried as she watched her child take their last breath far too soon,
To every woman who stood up and fought for a better future for other people’s children even when she had none of her own,
And To every mom who would do anything and everything for their children…
Today is for YOU!
May God bless your through every trial, every victory, every joy, and every tear.
HAPPY MOTHER’s DAY from the OAMF team!

We are thankful that President Trump pulled the U.S. out of the WHO and that he is saying we have Hantavirus “under control” on our own without the WHO.
This is a good time to remind Ohioans that we PASSED a provision of HB 73 “Dave and Angie patient and health provider protection act” in 2024 that PROTECTS the STATE of OHIO specifically against the WHO having any jurisdiction here. (Please read the law below.)
That said, Ohio must still secure law for medical free speech / Right to Try (HB 12) and “Right to Refuse” (HB 112) or Ohioans will again die due to treatment refusal and suffer injuries and deaths due to vaccine mandates in the next pandemic- and there WILL be one.

If the goal of the Flu vaccine is to prevent influenza, then why would big pharma manufacture a NASAL version that allows 91% of people who receive it to SPREAD it to others?
Isn’t the vaccine program supposed to be all about “health” and “science”?
Here’s what Dr. Lockdown says about the Flu vaccine. She’s always done a stellar job at making life-saving, data based recommendations... 🙄😒
“Flu vaccination can help keep you from getting sick, missing work or school, and prevent flu-related hospitalization and death,” said ODH Director Amy Acton, MD, MPH. “Getting vaccinated is especially important for older adults, young children, pregnant women, and people with long-term health conditions who are more vulnerable to serious flu complications.”
————————————
Commentary from our friends at Michigan for Vaccine Choice:
🚨 Breaking: 🚨
New peer-reviewed study exposes major shedding risks from the nasal flu vaccine (FluMist).
A study in *Clinical Infectious Diseases* (NIH-funded) found that 91.2% of healthy adults shed influenza A or B RNA in their noses within the first week after getting the live attenuated vaccine.
- Peaked at 92% on Day 1
- Still shedding in 23% on Day 5
- 9% still positive on Day 7
FluMist contains live, lab-engineered viruses designed to replicate in your nose — and yes, they can be shed through nasal secretions for up to 28 days, according to the FDA label. Live virus has been cultured as late as Day 28. A documented case of vaccine-strain transmission to an unvaccinated child already exists.
This means recently vaccinated adults and children can unknowingly spread vaccine-strain flu to infants, elderly relatives, immunocompromised family, or coworkers.

🚨DATA CENTERS IMMUNITY ALERT🚨 HB 126)
HB 126 was written by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and introduced by Rep. Meredith Craig & Rep. Adam Matthews. It has already passed the House and could get a vote in Senate Judiciary tomorrow! If a data center causes damage beyond physical property damage, the local government under HB 126 would NOT be able to sue the data center to recover that loss.
Under HB 126, If a disaster happens with respect to a data center – guess who is going to pick up the tab?—- WE ARE!
There’s a situation in Georgia, where the data centers used FAR more water than the owners says it would. Under HB 126 if a data center drains a local community of available water, the community cannot sue for the damage caused to residents or local farmers!!
This bill thus protects Blackstone private equity at the expense of citizens and ohio farmers. It’s up for a vote in judiciary committee tomorrow!!
EMAIL JUDICIARY COMMITTEE MEMBERS & SENATE PRESIDENT MCCOLLEY TODAY!
“Protect our right to sue data centers if they strip water from our local water supply or our farmlands! VOTE NO on HB 126.”
