“The Vindicator’s daily poll question on Thursday was should the U.S. Senate confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as health secretary? My answer is a resounding yes.
I first started paying attention to RFK Jr. when he wrote an article about Thimerosal that appeared simultaneously in Salon and Rolling Stone in 2005. Thimerosal is a cheap mercury preservative that has been used in multidose vials of some vaccines including the flu vaccine. His article was later removed from both publications due to pressure from the pharmaceutical industry.
I next saw Kennedy speak on the lawn of the Capitol in 2008 at the Green Our Vaccines rally. The rally was addressing the fact children are getting too many vaccines too soon. As the years have gone on Kennedy has only become more vocal about the problems he has discovered with the childhood vaccine schedule that has grown unabashed since manufacturers of childhood vaccines were granted blanket liability protection in 1986.
President Reagan signed into law The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. A law that was meant to protect children injured by vaccines but ultimately became something that protected the pharmaceutical industry. We’ve witnessed the CDC-recommended childhood vaccine schedule grow from a handful of vaccines to 36 doses of vaccines plus flu and COVID “recommended annually” starting at 6 months to 18 years of age. A whooping 72 doses.
Today, 54% of American children now suffer from at least one chronic disease when obesity is included. We are not a healthy nation. Our public health agencies have all been captured by the corporations they are supposed to be overseeing. This can’t continue. Kennedy has been suing these agencies for 40 years on behalf of Americans.
Now, as head of HHS he can reform our public health agencies to better serve and protect Americans. He is the right man at the right time. Confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr to Make America Healthy Again. “

HB 73 is BACK with a NEW NUMBER! HB 12
“The Jeff, Dave, & Angie Patient Right to Try Act”
What does HB 12 do?
1) Protects a consenting patient’s right to fill a prescription from their provider without obstruction from the pharmacist so long as there is not a life-threatening contraindication with the drug or the pharmacist has an objection to filling the drug for moral reasons. This applies in outpatient pharmacies, hospitals, and nursing homes.
2) Pharmacists, hospitals, and nursing homes can NOT refuse to fill a drug for a consenting patient for a “scientific objection” BUT if they note their objection in the patient’s chart after discussing their concerns with the prescriber, they will be immune from civil liability and administrative penalties. This provides protection to the pharmacists and facilities that disagree with the prescriber’s drug choice without obstructing the right of the prescriber to treat their consenting patient.
3) Protects prescribers from having their licenses threatened for prescribing a drug off label to a consenting patient unless there they prescribe with willful or gross negligence. (This does NOT prevent a patient from suing a doctor for harm.)
4) Protects healthcare providers’ right to free speech and prevents licensing boards from penalizing the health provider or taking their licenses because they have opinions regarding risks, benefits, or efficacy of any drug or treatment that does not align with the views of the licensing board. This is essential for informed consent. If a healthcare provider is concerned that expressing their opinion on the risks or benefits of a drug treatment or intervention could lead to retaliation against their license as a censorship tool.
HB 12 should be assigned to health committee soon and then you should begin reaching out to committee members and HB 12 co-sponsor, Chairman Jean Schmidt, to let them know you support the legislation and you hope they will move it through the process quickly since it has such a massive amount of support from house members and the public. 🇺🇸

Based on nearly 10 years of political advocacy on medical freedom and discussions with medical freedom leaders all across the country regarding the outcomes of rallies and other public displays, we feel it necessary to notify our members that we do NOT agree with the current idea circulating that we “flood the Senate hallways” during the confirmation hearings.
If we really want Kennedy to get this H.H.S. appointment, then we MUST be strategic. Many of these senators are already extremely concerned about Bobby and the “anti-Vaxx” community. If people flood the halls it’s going to feed their ridiculous “anti-vaxxer” narrative and will it put the Senate appointment at risk with Senators who are on the fence.
The best thing everyone can do is contact the senators directly and say “Robert F Kennedy Jr. has a common sense approach to health and safety. Please confirm his HHS Secretary appointment.”
