Rep Ron Ferguson thought Tim was having one of the “45” nominate him…he didn’t.
Tim thought Ron had someone ready to nominate Tim …. He didn’t.
None of the “blue 22” would stand up to nominate Tim because if they did Republicans would claim they were “traitors” staging a coup and the media would run the narrative that Matt had already put in motion and they didn’t want two more years of punishment.

When patients have increased access to life-saving drugs, they are less likely to be pressured into taking a vaccine with greater risk than treatments.

The Senate is worse than the House was in 2021. At least with HB 248 our vaccine choice bill, you could claim it was socially “controversial”, but HB 73 is bill that ensures Doctors have the ability to to treat patients without obstruction from pharmacists acting outside of their scope of practice and makes sure medical pre-speech for healthcare providers is protected.
HB 73 saves lives and restores the Doctor- patient relationship. The fact that Matt and Steve Huffman are preventing this bill from being voted on is beyond despicable and will not be forgiven.
