Being a leader with great qualities.
We need to always remind ourselves,
that being a leader is not about having position.
But, itβs about responsibility and actions.
We can have the highest position but have no respect from people because respect is not valued from the level of our position,
But true respect is valued from our ability to inspire and show good example to others.
I used to think that being a leader requires me to be strict all the time.
But now I realised that I was wrong there.
I've learned that being a leader requires me to be understanding.
That is a thing that I should always keep in mind.
Be supportive and always be a good, proactive and cooperative leader and team player.
Always be willing to go for the extra mile and be kind,be helpful.
Be professional at all times and never let your personal life to interfere with your professional life.
Always be willing to learn and improve.
There are always great and wonderful things to be learned, so go for it!
This life is a gift, full of opportunity to learn new things every single day, so grab the opportunity !
Always keep in mind that β Kritikan yang membina itu lebih baik daripada pujian yang menghanyutkan.β β Maka jangan terus menilai setiap kritikan sebagai sesuatu yang negatif dan setiap pujian pula sebagai sesuatu yang positif.Ia bergantung pada bagaimana diri kita menerimanya.
Having power can be one of your greatest and noble things, if you use it wisely.
It can be a platform for you to accomplish your goals, and help more people.
But if you use it wrongly, it can be your greatest shame and regrets.
It can be a terrible way to βkillβ yourself and other people.
With great power,comes great responsibility.
Always remember that.
Make sure your intention is always right,sincere and pure.
Always strive to do your best in everything that you're doing.
Never lose your momentum.
You donβt have to spend your precious time to tell people that youβre a great leader,no.
Your actions will tell them everything.
A great leader is always a work in progress.
A great leader is shaped through process,culmination of effort and the willingness to learn and improve.
And as human, we are not perfect.
Nobody is perfect.
Therefore,there are times when we stumble and made mistakes.
They are unavoidable and are important parts of learning.
So, always put on your lense of reflection and always try to analyse and improvise from your past mistakes and failures.
That will make you a better individual and also a great leader in the future.
