The report looked into seven Israeli strikes that had killed Palestinians in areas of southern Gaza designated as “safe zones” by Israel. On December 18, Israeli armed forces dropped leaflets in Gaza that identified the Tal Al Sultan, Al Zuhur, and Al Shaboura as protected for civilians.

IDF said that they continue to consider these designated areas as “safe zones”. However, NBC News said its investigation found that all three locations have been hit by Israeli airstrikes since then.

The Military Police of Brazil initiated an operation at the Russian Embassy in Brasilia due to suspicions of a bomb installed in the diplomatic headquarters, Correio Braziliense reported.

According to reports, the Brazil’s Federal District police force deployed an operation to search for the explosive device, mainly in the exterior area of the building.
