You'll need to be extremely careful if vacuum sealing foods, especially meats as it allows for anaerobic conditions which promote growth of spore formers and clostridium botulinum bacterium which produce the highly potent botulinum neurotoxin.

You need to create a hurdle effect. Often people also pickle (reduce pH below 4.7) or salt just to ensure that there are no pockets of moisture after the drying process. Freezing will work also of course.

The solutions group collaborate together to search for permaculture suitable land.
Investors should be willing to contribute between 1000-3000 euro for the crowdfunding effort.
Understandably not all investors will be able to move and work on the land initially.

How are investors that are not working/living on the land rewarded?
It is important to understand that there is a big difference between farming for sustenance and commercial farming. Roughly 90% more effort due to constant planning (preparing new beds while harvesting current).
A realistic goal would be to designate a bed for an investor "John Doe's bed". Those working on the land could post picture updates of the investors bed progress. The proof of concept (contract completion) would be to post/deliver X harvests of that bed to that investor. Only once this proof of concept is completed can work begin on a commercial proof of concept.
