Best to back this up with info about the 'PNAC document':
The Project for a New American Century was a Jewish neocon think tank which pushed for war in the Middle East & Iraq specifically.
Published a year before September 11, 'Rebuilding America's Defenses' famously calls for a "new pearl harbour" style attack on the US to facilitate aggressive military interventions in the Middle East.
Also, slipped into a mundane paragraph on page 60 as if meant to appear hidden - is this one off reference to race specific bioweapons..
The military has been the testing ground for weaponised vaccines for decades.
Everything is connected.
