How many people have by now been penalised for non-compliance with unlawful 'Covid' regulations, which unjustifiably failed to uphold the rights and freedoms of people all over the World?

Dr McCloskey was fined for such non-compliance when she spoke at an anti-lockdown rally in November of 2020 in Derry. She was issued with a warrant to pay a fine of £255 or go to prison for 14 days. It is reported that Dr. McCloskey accused court officials of “fraud” by entering a plea of not guilty for her in relation to the original offences, claiming that she had been arrested on foot of “a fake entity” – namely the Director of Public Prosecution who she said did “not exist in law or statute”.

It is unclear from reports whether or not the initial fine or warrant was challenged on any other grounds.

In the UK, the "rules", for example, were reportedly modified 65 times in just nine months, which resulted in over-zealous, authoritarian policing and a blurring of the position regarding the upholding of Human Rights and Freedoms. Countries within the UK also "did their own thing", causing further confusion and infringement of rights.

Legitimacy and public trust was marred by over-zealous policing and people creating and/or enforcing these laws who did not comply with them themselves; people who were not penalised under the same "rules". There are numerous examples on record, therefore, these "rules" were also not applied with equality, while failing to uphold fundamental rights and freedoms.

Members of An Garda Siochana may only make a demand for information if they have reasonable grounds for suspecting that someone has committed an offence.

They cannot arrest a man for failing and/or refusing to give his name and private details, nor direct him to leave the vicinity, simply because he is exercising his right to peaceful assembly and expression.

The Gardai are repeatedly abusing the authority afforded to them in the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994 and should be formally reported to GSOC.
