The accused include two brothers of Ms Murphy's murderer Jozef Puska and his wife, Lucia Istokova.

Judge Andrew Cody was told that the Director of Public Prosecutions had consented to all five being sent forward for trial at the next sitting of the Central Criminal Court.

Three of the accused; Marek Puska, Lubomir Puska and Lucia Istokova; are charged with failing to disclose information to gardaí which might have been of assistance in securing the apprehension, prosecution or conviction of Puska, on dates between the 12 and 27 January 2022.

Two others; Viera Gazoiva and Jozefina Grundzova; are charged with acting with intent, to impede the apprehension or prosecution of Puska, between the 12 and 14 January last year.
