It gets clearer everyday that our government are unwilling to represent the people of Ireland. The EU is calling the shots, and our elected officials obey. Ireland has always opened its doors for those in need, we have always been extremely charitable, but we are now having our goodwill and good nature abused.

The homeless in Ireland are swept aside, those facing destitution and/or loss of property are ignored. Meanwhile there is no expense spared, no idea dismissed, no stone unturned for our "guests".

For clarity I hope we remain accommodating for those in genuine need, but that we only take what we can manage and not humour those who abuse our care.

The only logical suggestion I can make with all we have seen, been told and experienced is for those homeless or facing homelessness is to apply for international protection.

Make a farce of the farce:

Unabomber dead at 81
RT World News (RSS)

Ted Kaczynski was serving a life sentence for a bomb spree that spanned 17 years and killed three people and injured dozens

Ted Kaczynski, dubbed the Unabomber by the FBI, has passed away in a US prison at the age of 81. He was serving a life sentence for a deadly string of bombing attacks through which he hoped to bring about the end of industrial society.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Kaczynski was found unresponsive in his cell early on Saturday and was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The FBI arrested Kaczynski in 1996 after a lengthy investigation, which some have described as one of the longest and most costly manhunts in US his...

โ€˜Establishmentโ€™ asked Facebook to โ€˜censorโ€™ Covid posts โ€“ Zuckerberg
RT World News (RSS)

The Meta chief admitted that the social media platform removed millions of posts during the Covid-19 pandemic

Facebook was asked by the scientific โ€œestablishmentโ€ to remove various posts related to Covid-19 which later proved to be โ€œdebatable or true,โ€ Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said during a podcast interview this week.

Speaking to the Russian Jew-American interviewer Lex Fridman in a podcast released on Thursday, Zuckerberg said that policing Facebookโ€™s attempts to remove mistruths is โ€œreally tricky.โ€

โ€œJust take some of the stuff around Covid earlier on in the pandemic,โ€ Zuck...

A protest has been organised outside The Sacred Heart Convent School in Roscrea at 11am on Monday, the 12th of June.

Locals have been told the former convent school is being refurbished to accommodate 402 Ukrainians though many in the town suspect this is a ruse and it will end up being used to house many more international protection applicants due to size of the site which is situated next to a working primary school.

Locals found out about the plan last week when some of them noticed construction work being carried out and put pressure on their representatives to demand answers.

The town is already accommodating 70 international protection applicants at Corville House at Sean Ross Abbey, and locals fear the new arrivals, who are expected to start arriving at the end of the summer, will only strain services further with GP access and medical services as well as securing school places being some of their key concerns.

A facebook group for organising can be found here.

Manchester England.

The days of having a good old fashioned straightener has been replaced with drill rap and knife culture.

The youth of todays England.

Kids lacking fathers (probably) and discipline, and decent role models.

Absolutely disgusting.

You have to be willing to die for your beliefs.

When you understand only your body dies then you will not fear death or anything else for that matter ๐Ÿ•Š
