Welcome to modern Ireland,
Where multiple males can violently assault young Irish girls but it goes unreported and not investigated because the attackers were from a minority background.

Ireland first will look closely at entries into Ireland over the past 25 years and deport those that entered illegitimately.

A passport doesn't make you Irish.

Nรก Dรฉan Dearmad, Nรญl Sรฉ Ceart Go Leor Do Phรกistรญ A Ithe
By Stephen J. Delaney

In what is becoming an incredible year for human depravity and also redemption, we are seeing a full swan dive into a style of propaganda not seen since the early 20th century. We have a production line in our colleges, pre prepared by smartphones and content algorithms, of paedophilic Autogynephiles that are being elevated into stardom ... read more

EAST DONEGAL CO-OPERATIVE LIVESTOCK MART LIMITED and Others Plaintiffs v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Defendant.

[1967. No. 2194 P.]

โ€œWith regard to the locus standi of the plaintiffs the question raised has been determined in different ways in countries which have constitutional provisions similar to our own. It is unnecessary here to go into this matter in detail beyond stating that at one end of the spectrum of opinions on this topic one finds the contention that there exists a right of action akin to an actio popularis which will entitle any person, whether he is directly affected by the Act or not, to maintain proceedings and challenge the validity of any Act passed by the parliament of the country of which he is a citizen or to whose laws he is subject by residing in that country. At the other end of the spectrum is the contention that no one can maintain such an action unless he can show that not merely do the provisions of the Act in question apply to activities in which he is currently engaged but that their application has actually affected his activities adversely. The Court rejects the latter contention and does not find it necessary in the circumstances of this case to express any view upon the former. Rights which are guaranteed by the Constitution are intended to be protected by the provisions of the Constitution. To afford proper protection, the provisions must enable the person invoking them not merely to redress a wrong resulting from an infringement of the guarantees but also to prevent the threatened or impending infringement of the guarantees and to put to the test an apprehended infringement of these guarantees.โ€

โ€œTherefore, an Act of the Oireachtas, or any provision thereof, will not be declared to be invalid where it is possible to construe it in accordance with the Constitution; and it is not only a question of preferring a constitutional construction to one which would be unconstitutional where they both may appear to be open but it also means that an interpretation favouring the validity of an Act should be given in cases of doubt. It must be added, of course, that interpretation or construction of an Act or any provision thereof in conformity with the Constitution cannot be pushed to the point where the interpetation would result in the substitution of the legislative provision by another provision with a different context, as that would be to usurp the functions of the Oireachtas. In seeking to reach an interpretation or construction in accordance with the Constitution, a statutory provision which is clear and unambiguous cannot be given an opposite meaning. At the same time, however, the presumption of constitutionality carries with it not only the presumption that the constitutional interpretation or construction is the one intended by the Oireachtas but also that the Oireachtas intended that proceedings, procedures, discretions and adjudications which are permitted, provided for, or prescribed by an Act of the Oireachtas are to be conducted in accordance with the principles of constitutional justice. **In such a case any departure from those principles would be restrained and corrected by the Courts.**โ€

The above ruling sets a precedent that any citizen can challenge the constitutionality of any law regardless of their direct involvement with the legislation in terms of repugnancy, they merely have to demonstrate the repugnancy.

Many cases have been pushed out of the courts based on a lie. This needs to be used going forward

Tony Dignam, 73, is on Hunger Strike in Castlerea jail - he is refusing water, jailed for posting 4 messages on fb

Judge Aylmer reduced the sentence to one of three and a half years on mitigation, and considering Mr Dignam's age, he was prepared to suspend the final 12 months of that sentence if he entered a bond to keep the peace and be of good behaviour to all the people of Ireland.

However, the accused refused to sign the bond saying "I'm not signing anything...I'm not signing any bond because I'm innocent of the charge."

The Court then sentenced Duignan to the full three and a half years.
