Most people don't have a strong sense of community or normality and that anxiety or depression that they are feeling is a result of their hostile environment. The self-help and 'mental health' hole that people often find themselves trapped in is not addressing the actual problems, which are less about the people themselves, but more about the problematic system in place that is taking community from them with mass immigration and rapacious capitalism.
