A 24-year-old mother who is now over eight months pregnant wants to be released from a Florida prison after being charged with murder, arguing her unborn fetus is being held unlawfully.

William Norris, the lawyer for Natalie Harrell - who insists she feared for her life as she shot another woman while taking an Uber last July - filed a petition in the fetus’ name, arguing it “had no seat at the table” when its mother was incarcerated.

Her case came five days after the Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade abortion rights, which Norris admitted influenced the request. “It’s interesting how society moves forward,” he said. “People are starting to recognize that an unborn child is a person.”

What happens if you can't deliver baby through the vaginal birth canal? Then a Cesarean section is performed and this is what it looks like (with felt, nothing gorey.) It doesn't mean anything is wrong with you if you ever have to go through a procedure like this for baby to be delivered. Even the position of the baby can effect this!
