Ukrainian Refugee Home-Wrecker Arrested in the UK
A Ukrainian refugee who started a relationship with the husband of the UK family who sheltered her has been arrested after trying to break down her loverโs door after he left her.
Tony Garnett complained that Sofia Karkadym was drinking, behaving irrationally and even once stabbed his wall with a knife, so he was afraid for his safety before her arrest in Bradford.
So far Karkadym has not been charged, but according to the refugee the police have forbidden her from contacting Garnett, otherwise she will be arrested again.

The Minister said that this will โprovide assistance to those who are most vulnerable in our society.โ
However, the government has also pledged a substantial increase in foreign aid in 2023, bringing Irelandโs total contribution to โฌ1.2 billion โ an increase of โฌ177 million from the year previous.
