Medvedev's warning differed from earlier ones in that he predicted for the first time that the NATO military alliance would not risk a nuclear war and directly enter the Ukraine war even if Moscow struck Ukraine with nuclear weapons.

There are two rates of jobsplus subsidy.
An employer can either be given โฌ7,500 or โฌ10,000 if they employ someone for two years who has been on the dole.
The different rates are dependent on the employee's age and how long they've been on the dole for.
The lower rate is also available to employers who employ someone refugee status, no other criteria attached.
So the subsidy was already discriminatory but now they're taking it a step further.
Employers will get the higher rate if the employee has a diversity factor.
