Ronan Mullen comments on the recent, now reversed, decision to haul RTE before a committee to answer for allowing open debate about gender issues on the radio, and the potential implications for free speech in Ireland under hate speech legislation.
The herbicide atrazine is one of the most commonly applied pesticides in the world. As a result, atrazine is the most commonly detected pesticide contaminant of ground, surface, and drinking water. Atrazine is also a potent endocrine disruptor that is active at low, ecologically relevant concentrations. Previous studies showed that atrazine adversely affects amphibian larval development. The present study demonstrates the reproductive consequences of atrazine exposure in adult amphibians. Atrazine-exposed males were both demasculinized (chemically castrated) and completely feminized as adults.

Changes in exploratory profile and in affiliative/investigative behavior were observed, revealing a feminization of behavioral profile in ATZ-exposed males. Alteration in learning performance at adulthood was also evident.

๐Ÿšจ Supreme Court Essentially Makes Federal Agents Impervious To Prosecution

On Wednesday, June 8th, the United States Supreme Court issued a ruling dismissing the claims of a violation of constitutional rights in the case of Egbert v. Boule.

The ruling by the conservative majority Court sets a new precedent further restricting the already dubious process of when individuals can sue Federal Personnel for misconduct.

The case revolved around a 2014 incident when ICE agent Erik Egbert assaulted Inn owner and infomant Richard Boule at his place of business on the US / Canada border. As well as retaliatory action taken by Egbert falsely reporting Boule to the Department Of Licensing and the IRS. The court dismissed the Constitutional violations on the grounds that prosecuting the agent would set a precedent that "jeopardized National Security".

But in doing so the ruling jeopardizes the civil liberties of all Americans, further increasing the qualified immunity of federal agents to near imperviousness. The ruling sets a precedent that can now make it nearly impossible for federal agents to be held accountable for their actions.

I think if MPS AREN'T AWARE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE TWO THEN THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO BE REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE IN PUBLIC OFFICE.

EMAIL THEM, AND IF THEY SAY IT'S A CONTRAIL TELL THEM MISCONDUCT IN PUBLIC OFFICE IS A VERY BIG CRIME AND ALSO TELL THEM THEY'RE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO BE IN PUBLIC OFFICE
