EUโs plan including energy rationing and compulsory solar panels on homes.
"According to the European Commissionโs website, households and industry will be required to make โbehavioral changesโ โ such as turning down air conditioning and switching off lights โ to reduce demand for oil and gas by 5%. Furthermore, commercial and public buildings will be required to install rooftop solar panels by 2025, with these panels to be made mandatory on residential buildings by 2029"

A fight broke out on Italian TV over attitudes towards #Russia. One insisted it was wrong to ban Russian artists and the other demanded that all cultural figures from Russia be banned:
"If a singer or conductor is not allowed into Italy just because he is from Russia, or a Russian athlete is not allowed in, then this is a form of fascism on the part of the West. It is unacceptable! These are people who have dignity and love of art! They must be protected! Always, to the very end!"
