๐ผ Calendula officinalis - Marigold Tincture ๐ผ
As we have so many in the tunnel its time to make a tincture.
Gather some flowers, fresh or dried, fill a glass jar to around two-thirds with flower heads and cover them with quality Poitรญn.
Let them steep around 2-6 weeks and give them a shake daily.
Then filter them with a paper coffee filter into a dark glass bottle.
Its uses are endless and should be in everyone's medicine cabinet.
Enjoy your week! โค๏ธ
