We all have... but this letter must be sent to the WHO.. in writing not by email. It must be official. in the WHO constitution they have a six month repeal klaus, where if the people do not agree with what their government did. We can get out of the treaty.. it was 18 months, but they change it, in the last two years... " let's guess why" . Sending it to whom ever signed on behalf of us in Ireland, is just to inform them. And other parties must be informed witnesses too... thou we have to have a central place these letter go and be documented to proof it was done So they don't say we have done it... some kind of group and that will go delivery the letters too... and I think they too have to go to the Hague.
Funny enough we can do this with any international agreements between our governments and other institutions... it the people that have the say... not government... I just not sure on the actual legal details.. but we have a way.. just how do we get in doing it...

>The sociologist also explained how societies need to be made up primarily of people with similar ethnic backgrounds and cultures in order to function without significant disorder.

Northern Ireland is voting today. Opinion polls suggest Sinn Fรฉin will become the largest bloc in the 90-seat Assembly giving them the post of first minister for the first time. Under the power-sharing system created by the Good Friday agreement, the largest unionist party is given the deputy first minister slot.

But the DUP, who have have been the largest group for the last twenty years, has said it might not serve under a Sinn Fein first minister, and it will refuse to join a new government unless there are major changes to the Northern Ireland Protocol.

You don't have to go far to see the see the disorder...
