A new study by researchers at Stanford Medicine has found that many people infected with Sars Cov 2โthe virus that causes Covid 19โcontinue to shed the virus through feces nearly a year after contracting the virus. They also found that 13%โ 1 in 7 โ were still shedding..
Generally, it is assumed is that most people are rarely infectious after 14 days when swabbed in the nose and mouth (oral), the research has revealed..
... however, that many are infectious at the other end for nearly a year, and that many were still infectious at both ends for 4 months.

I've been doing this for nearly 10 years. This is how I set up my sunken container garden for growing 2 pepper plants per pot. All the basic steps. Low maintenance and very productive.
