"The 'Smart citizen wallet'.
This is the novelty launched by the Mayor of Bologna of the Democratic Party, Matteo Lepore, and
councillor Massimo Bugani (M5S).
It is an application with which it will be possible to record the behaviour of citizens and,
reward those who have carried out conduct considered "virtuous" by the municipal administration.
considered "virtuous" by the municipal administration: sorting waste, using public transport, managing energy well
energy management and so on.
Each "virtuous action" corresponds to a score.
For each score, a discount on certain public services:
The regional coordinator of the Lega Giovani, Tommaso Vergiati, spoke on the point:
"This is a tool that, if implemented, would set a terrifying precedent for the freedom of each of us.
The 'virtuous citizen' points licence, which the left would like to introduce in the city of Bologna in the next few months, is nothing more than a 'virtuous citizen' points licence.
in the coming months, is nothing more than a system designed to discriminate against citizens and divide them into two
categories:
the 'virtuous', i.e. those who behave as the municipality sees fit; and the 'non-virtuous', who
not following the moral commandments of the left, are 'condemned' to pay for the same public services at a higher price.
the same public services at a higher price.
For the young Emilian leghist, the economic issue is not to be underestimated:
"Discounts for the virtuous citizen are the Trojan horse with which the centre-left wants to bring into our society an orwellian system.
the centre-left wants to introduce into our society an Orwellian system worthy of the People's Republic of China (where it is already
(where it is already present and known as the 'social credit system'): people's economic interests are exploited to insinuate themselves into the society.
of people to insinuate itself into their private lives, monitoring their choices and influencing them,
overcoming a boundary that public power should rarely cross, that of individual freedom".
freedom.
"In fact," he continues, "since they cannot make it compulsory, at least for now, they are merely making it economically
In fact," he continues, "since they can't make it compulsory, at least for now, they are merely making it economically 'convenient', but that doesn't mean it won't be widely used,
But that doesn't mean it won't be widely used, given the economic crisis our population is experiencing.
It is clear," says Tommaso Vergiati, "that it is not the starting point that is important, but where this precedent could take us.
this precedent could take us:
today you are considered 'virtuous' if you take public transport, tomorrow you could be if you share
certain political opinions;
today if you are not 'virtuous' or do not participate in this initiative, you pay more for a certain service,
tomorrow there might be a more severe punishment;
today it is not compulsory, tomorrow it could be.
Freedoms can never be eliminated all at once," concludes Vergiati.
that's why we have to fight for them every day.

John Caulfield will be interviewing Patrick Haughey in relation to the dangerous and criminal precious metals and minerals agenda (tied to UN Agenda 21/30), Greencastle in Tyrone being the catalyst project.
Pat has done extensive research beyond anyone else in this area and provides quite a harrowing assessment as to the invasive mining plans for all of Ireland.
Vast swathes of the island of Ireland has been signed off for precious metals and minerals mining.
The NI Executive has agreed in a White Paper "Implementing Geological Disposal " July 2014 to accept all the UK"s Higher Activity Radioactive Waste in an underground Geological Disposal Facility (GDF) planned to be operational by 2040.
These plans are linked to the Climate Change Bill recently passed in the North, which effectively means the planned decimation of farming.
All the main political parties have signed up to these nefarious agendas.
It is Pat's opinion that The NI Executive will fall by design. He will provide evidence of how Westminster has been given control by Stormont over these past two years to pursue these plans.
There will be a condensed presentation as part of the interview as it's a lot of information to absorb on first glance and Pat will offer up tangible solutions for activists to resist the destruction of our land.

This is an awful kick to us and everyone who opposed this," said Cathaoirleach of Manorhamilton MD, Cllr Justin Warnock
Cllr Mary Bohan expressed her shock and said she hoped the decision will be immediately appealed.
"Look at the stark contrast. We have a Green Party Minister who is trying to stop people cutting and selling turf in rural areas and yet he is granting licences that will destroy the area and the environment. It makes no sense at all," she observed.
Cllr Sean McDermott agreed stating it is "not very environmentally friendly" for a "Green Party minister to sign off" on such licences.
