He claimed that Washington's main goal is to force "allies in Europe to impose the very tough sanctions against us," or "draw Ukraine into NATO."

However, notice the very distinct up/down wave pattern? That looks booster related to me, as that wave pattern only seems to happen during 2021. Very noticeable from July 2021 onwards.
