There are active flood rescues happening on the Schuylkill River watershed. The lower river is expected to rise into the morning. If you are in a flooding area and cannot escape, call for emergency services by dialing 911 or you local counties emergency management service. Please avoid driving.

#travel I-676 between I-95 and I-76 is entirely underwater, as well as portions of I-76 between I-676 and South Street. Seems as if the safest passage onto I-76 if headed Westbound is at Spring Garden Bridge. Kelly Drive is also submerged between Fairmount and where it meets the highways up north.
