Nurses are seizing on a moment when health-care workers are not only in high demand but being framed as heroes. One group of nurses, at Mercy Fitzgerald in Delaware County, has already reached a deal.
Shortly after Philly Police took their 4th victim since October 8th, the Mayor releases a plan to outfit all officers with tasers. There have been over 1000 civilian deaths from tasers since 2000.
