2 - Thanks to picture of the drone over the truck tire we can try to guess the size, especially of the weird payload. The thing is BIG, similarly sized octacopters can achieve well over 60 nm mission range at speeds exceeding 60 mph.

3- Payload is the most interesting aspect. Pictures show a lack of traditional mounts to attach imaging payloads. No gymbal, camera or similar. What it appears to the be the payload is a thick, large and flat "plate" of sorts. Could be some kind of MESA radar…

4- The various elements show us that whichever the origin of the drone (#Israel ? ) was, this wasn't a simple "commercial drone". Transmitter, size and engine configuration show a long range platform extremely uncommon in the low/mid end commercial world.

5- The payload is nothing close to anything commercially common. Be it an advanced MESA radar to be used for targeting data or BDA (would see through smoke) or some kind of ELINT/SIGINT package, it is NOT something previously seen from non state entities.

6- Payload (the thick, big plate) could also be some kind of custom designed explosive charge, but IMO this is unlikely for a number of reasons. EX: - large data cable entering it - many other solutions would exist to provide same capability more efficiently.
