Early this morning, Ukrainian attack drones successfully struck Russia’s Lazarevo oil pipeline pumping station, setting it ablaze.
The facility was a key node on the Russian network that moves crude oil from Siberia to Black and Baltic Sea export terminals. https://twitter.com/Osinttechnical/status/2061093948521599043/video/1

On April 25, a coalition of jihadist and Tuareg rebel forces launched a major offensive across northern Mali, capturing Kidal and forcing Russian Africa Corps troops to withdraw from one of their most symbolic strongholds.
Since then, Algeria has walked a delicate line. While publicly backing Mali's territorial integrity and condemning the offensive, Algiers reportedly helped negotiate the safe withdrawal of Russian forces from Kidal.
Algeria is in a unique position in the Sahel. Despite years of tensions with Mali's government, border disputes, and accusations of support for Tuareg rebels, Algeria remains one of the few actors with influence across multiple sides of the conflict.
For Bamako, the fall of Kidal exposed the limits of its military strategy and reliance on Russian support. For Algeria, it reinforced a longstanding argument that northern Mali cannot be stabilized through force alone.
Algeria has a long and complicated history with Islamist armed and militant groups across the region. With its growing influence over events in northern Mali, some now see the country as turning Mali into its latest arena for regional power projection.

Satellite imagery obtained by CNN shows Iran has reopened 50 of 69 tunnel entrances at 18 underground missile facilities struck by the U.S. and Israel during recent fighting. Heavy equipment has been observed at multiple sites, indicating active repair operations are underway. Experts cited by CNN cautioned that even with reduced production capacity, missile launches could still continue if launchers and crews remain operational.

All chaos breaks loose among Russian troops as they come under attack of Ukrainian FPV drones.
First, Bukhanka starts moving backwards without occupants, then its driver nearly hits one of his comrades while speeding up. https://twitter.com/Archer83Able/status/2061107426032537901/video/1

RT @ZelenskyyUa: Beginning in December 2025, Russia started to lose the initiative on the battlefield. In January 2026, I told our American partners: “I think there is a window for negotiations, because each month Russia will be losing more and more troops.” Now they can’t occupy more territory in a month than we liberate.
Therefore, I think that we need to find a diplomatic way – to sit down and talk – before next winter. But this depends on internal pressure on Putin from his society as well as American and European sanctions pressure on Russia.
Who could represent Europe in the negotiations? There is an E3 format – the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. I don't know if this is the best format, but I think these countries could be negotiators from Europe. We also have reliable Nordic partners. Türkiye always wanted to be a mediator, and we had some successes in bringing back our POWs with their help.
Who will represent Europe after all? It’s up to Ukraine and Europe to decide. But no less important is that Russia must be ready for dialogue and European presence.
From an interview with Face the Nation. (3/5)

Ukraine has officially requested a license from the US to domestically produce PATRIOT missiles.
The license would allow Ukrainian manufacturers to build the interceptors used to knock down Russian ballistic missiles, currently in short supply globally. https://twitter.com/Osinttechnical/status/2061111376366510289/photo/1
