- un lanceur mobile de missile balistique intercontinentaux (ICBM) YARS ;
- un sous-marin nucléaire lanceur d'engins (SNLE) d'ancienne génération classe DELFIN (plus connu sous le nom OTAN DELTA-IV) ;

🚨 Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a directive that the country's highly enriched uranium should not be sent abroad, Reuters reported citing two senior Iranian sources.
The move, if confirmed, is likely to further derail the chances of a peace agreement with the United States, which made the transfer of Iran's enriched uranium abroad one of its main demands for the successful deal with Tehran.

Ukraine's SOF and USF confirmed a successful strike on the Syzran oil refinery. SOF Deep-strike units hit the state-owned Rosneft refinery in the Samara region. The joint operation with the Unmanned Systems Forces was conducted overnight into May 21. A massive fire broke out at the facility, which processes up to 9 million tons of oil annually and is located over 800 km from the Ukrainian border.

Kuwait's prosecution indicted four IRGC members who tried to enter the country by sea to carry out terror attacks against American and Kuwaiti targets. Two other cell members escaped after exchanging fire with Kuwaiti troops.
Iraqi pro-Iranian militias were expected to assist the cell if needed, revealing coordination between the IRGC and its regional proxies. The same militias have recently been launching drones at the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Tehran is simultaneously pushing to shape Baghdad's next government in its favor.

Iran Negotiations Update:
ICOD- 07:54, May 21, 2026
Reports are now coming in that makes the likelihood of a tenable U.S.-Iran deal low.
According to I24 News, citing sources with knowledge on the matter, the U.S. has assured Israel that any deal with Iran would include the full removal of enriched uranium from Iran. However, earlier today, reports from Reuters, citing senior Iranian officials, said Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei had directed senior Iranian decision-makers not to accede to a deal that allowed Iran’s near weapons grade uranium out of the country.
This, as Pakistan’s principal decision-maker Field Marshal Asim Munir is set to visit Iran tomorrow, as U.S. President Donald J. Trump says that the time to make a deal with Iran is fast closing.
