Damaged and destroyed U.S. aircraft:
- 4 F-15E Strike Eagle fighter aircraft. 3 were lost to friendly fire over Kuwait and 1 during combat operations over Iran.

- 1 F-35A Lightning II fighter aircraft. Damaged due to Iranian ground fire but returned to base safely.

- 1 A-10 Thunderbolt II ground-attack aircraft. Downed during CSAR operations for the pilot and WSO of the downed F-15E.

- 7 KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling aircraft. 2 KC-135s were involved in a mid-air incident over Iraqi airspace, resulting in 1 crashing, while the other was damaged and safely returned to base. 6 aircrew were killed in the incident.

- 1 E-3 Sentry airborne early warning-and-control system aircraft (AWACS). Reported damaged at Saudi Arabia’s Prince Sultan Airbase following an Iranian ballistic missile attack. However, subsequent commercial satellite taskings and reported photos of the aircraft indicate it is a total loss.

- 2 MC-130J Commando II special operations aircraft. Both were intentionally destroyed on the ground in Iran during CSAR operations to recover the pilot and WSO of the downed F-15E.

- 1 HH-60W Jolly Green II combat search-and-rescue helicopter. Sustained damage from small arms fire during CSAR operations to recover the pilot and WSO of the downed F-15E.

- 24 MQ-9 Reaper medium-altitude long-endurance uncrewed aircraft were lost during the entirety of combat operations against Iran.

- 1 MQ-4C Triton high-altitude long-endurance uncrewed aircraft crashed in a yet unspecified mishap.

In total, 42 aircraft, the majority of them MQ-9 Predators, were damaged or lost during Operation Epic Fury.

Ukrainian President Zelensky:

- Russia is preparing five scenarios of offensive operations in the north, in Chernihiv-Kyiv direction;

- We also took note of information about Russia’s preparations for new mobilization steps – plus 100,000 people. We believe that, as of today, Russia lacks such potential for covert mobilization, so we should expect Russian political decisions of another format, including those like the recent one regarding the Transnistrian region of Moldova.

I held a Staff meeting. We analyzed in detail the available data from our intelligence agencies on Russia’s planning of offensive operations in the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction. We are preparing responses to every possible course of enemy action – if the Russians do indeed dare to expand their aggression. Our forces in this sector will be increased.

We are also reviewing the possibilities of our external activity – I instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to prepare additional measures of diplomatic influence regarding Belarus, which Russia may use for such an expansion of the war. Relevant non-public tasks have also been assigned to Ukrainian intelligence services.

As for the Russian directions, we are preparing to expand the reach of our long-range sanctions, which have already proven themselves very effective, and to more tangibly compel Russia to reduce its aggression. We also took note of information about Russia’s preparations for new mobilization steps – plus 100,000 people. We believe that, as of today, Russia lacks such potential for covert mobilization, so we should expect Russian political decisions of another format, including those like the recent one regarding the Transnistrian region of Moldova.

Italian PM Meloni:

The images of the Israeli minister Ben Gvir are unacceptable. It is inadmissible that these demonstrators, including many Italian citizens, are subjected to this treatment that violates human dignity.

The Italian Government is immediately taking, at the highest institutional levels, all necessary steps to secure the immediate release of the Italian citizens involved.

Italy further demands an apology for the treatment reserved to these demonstrators and for the total contempt shown toward the explicit requests of the Italian Government.

For these reasons, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will immediately summon the Israeli ambassador to request formal clarifications on what has occurred.
