“Chud the Builder,” whose real name is Dalton Eatherly, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a man outside a Tennessee courthouse.

Authorities say Eatherly, 28, who built an online following by filming himself using racist slurs, also accidentally shot himself during the altercation.

The victim was airlifted to a hospital and is in stable condition.
