and it is an implicit criticism of the west, which promised to "stand with Ukraine as long as it takes" and then betrayed Ukraine but not doing that.

An entire generation has already been killed for no good reason. Ofc Russia caused this war and Putin deserves to go to hell for that, but its run its course and time to end it.
