Ukraine has already contacted the Estonian embassy regarding this initiative. Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur stated that he still needs to clarify what exactly the Ukrainian proposal entails. He also added that the simplest way for Ukrainians to keep drones away from Estonian territory is to "establish better control" over them.

Trump: No, I didn't say that. I said they are defeated, but that doesn't mean they're done. We could go in for two more weeks and do every single target.
We've done probably 70% of the targets. We have other targets that we could conceivably hit. But even if we didn't do that, it would take them many years to rebuild.
