The Kremlin has revoked accreditation for several foreign media outlets that were set to broadcast the May 9th Parade in Moscow.
According to SPIEGEL, this is the first time in history of Victory Day celebrations that foreign media initially received accreditation from the Kremlin, only to have it subsequently withdrawn.
A Kremlin official told SPIEGEL: “The format for reporting on the parade has been changed due to the situation. Therefore, the foreign media outlets that had already been granted accreditation will no longer be admitted.”

According to Reuters, citing a report by the Chinese media outlet Ciaxin, a Chinese large refined-products tanker was struck by an Iranian projectile off the United Arab Emirates Al Jeer port this past Monday. Per a source from the owner of the vessel, this is the first time a Chinese vessel was struck by Iranian fires since the conflict began.
