RT @NSTRIKE1231: 🇺🇸🇮🇷 According to Axios, Steve Witkoff is advising President Trump to continue negotiations with Iran and remains optimistic about the chances of reaching a deal, while other senior U.S. officials are far more pessimistic about the prospects of success.
A senior U.S. official told Axios:
“Negotiations are ongoing. There are proposals on the table. We don’t like theirs, and they don’t like ours.
We still don’t know the status of the [Supreme Leader]. Messages are being delivered by hand into caves or wherever he and others are hiding. This is slowing everything down.
Either we will see the real contours of a possible agreement in the very near future, or he (Trump) will level them to the ground (bomb them).”

🇮🇷🇺🇸 According to the Iranian Navy, U.S. destroyers were detected in the Gulf of Oman this morning after turning on their previously deactivated radars.

As reported by Iran's Tasnim News Agency, the vessels were warned via radio not to approach the Strait of Hormuz.

➡️ After the ships ignored the initial warning, a second warning was issued stating that any entry into the strait would be considered a violation of the ceasefire and would be met with a response.

➡️ Consequently, Iranian forces fired warning shots using missiles, rockets, and drones toward the vessels that had disregarded the radio warnings.
