🇮🇱🇮🇷🇺🇲 Israeli government officials stated to Channel 14 that "a return to hostilities in Iran is dictated by reality; it is no longer a question of 'if,' but 'when.'"
In parallel, Donald Trump has stated that the 14-point peace plan submitted by Iran yesterday through Pakistani mediation is unacceptable and that he disagrees with it.
Meanwhile, the Iranian Foreign Ministry claims they have received the American response to said plan via Pakistan and are currently reviewing it to prepare their own reaction.
In short, we are back to the same situation we faced before the war started: the parties are not even close to reaching a real agreement. Consequently, the ball is back in Trump’s court—he must decide whether to continue the current, less effective blockade or resume military operations against Iran. At this stage, it seems otherwise impossible for the U.S. to persuade Iran to capitulate—and for Iran, giving up the Strait of Hormuz, their enriched uranium, and their enrichment capabilities is nothing short of capitulation.
