RT @azov_media: For the first time, the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine and the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted joint command post exercises with the support of the Security Assistance Group–Ukraine (SAG-U).
The importance of these exercises is driven by the adjacency of the corps’ areas of responsibility on the front line. Accordingly, staff officers focused on synchronizing joint efforts and refining joint planning.
"Your task is to make military decisions quickly and effectively," Brigadier General Yevhen Lasiychuk, commander of the 7th Corps of the Air Assault Forces, told officers during the training.
In turn, the commander of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, Brigadier General Denys Prokopenko, emphasized that the purpose of the exercises was to ensure coordination at the junction of the corps, building an integrated system of reconnaissance, fire engagement, and mining to prevent the enemy from breaking through the defensive line.
The Commander of the Air Assault Forces, Major General Oleh Apostol, also addressed the officers: "Officers must be able to thoroughly analyze the situation and provide the commander with objective operational information. This enables sound decision-making on the battlefield."
"Every three months, it is a different war. You must learn quickly, adapt, and remain flexible," said Major General Oleksandr Pivnenko, Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, addressing the participants.

RT @NSTRIKE1231: 🔴 German security analyst Dr. Jan Kluge from the Institute for International and Security Affairs confirmed a significant slowdown in recruitment rates within the Russian Armed Forces.
▪️ His analysis is based on official Russian statements and financial data related to payments made to military personnel.
▪️ In the first quarter of this year, the number of new recruits dropped by 20%.
▪️ Kluge noted that this cannot be explained by reduced demand from the Ministry of Defense, as regional budgets have not lowered signing bonuses — in fact, payments continue to increase.
▪️ At the same time, compensation to families of fallen Russian soldiers remains at a very high level, only slightly lower than in the third and fourth quarters of last year, and significantly higher than in 2024.

RT @NSTRIKE1231: 🇭🇺🫡 The Hungarian Army has received a new batch of German-made KF41 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles, which have been assigned to the 30th Armored Infantry Brigade — one of the country’s largest ground formations.
▪️ The Ministry of Defense stated that continuous training is underway within the brigade to master the equipment, and crews for the newly delivered vehicles are already fully formed.
▪️ Hungary is receiving the KF41 Lynx in seven variants, including infantry fighting, command, reconnaissance, artillery observation, self-propelled mortar, medical, and driver training versions.
▪️ The vehicles are equipped with Rheinmetall’s Lance remote-controlled turret and a 30mm cannon, capable of firing programmable ammunition and anti-tank missiles, while carrying up to 8 सैनिक personnel.
▪️ The 30th brigade is based in Hódmezővásárhely, near the borders with Romania and Serbia.
▪️ In 2020, Hungary signed a contract with Rheinmetall for 218 KF41 Lynx vehicles, with the first delivered in October 2022.
▪️ The remaining 180 units are being produced in Hungary under license as part of the program’s second phase.
▪️ For this purpose, a joint venture was established between the Hungarian government and Rheinmetall, with a modern production facility built in Zalaegerszeg at the ZALAZone industrial complex.

Reports say scores of empty oil tankers are heading to the U.S. as global flows shift following disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
Harris Faulkner: "68 of those 121 vessels are very large crude carriers capable of carrying 2 million barrels apiece."
“President Trump has urged countries squeezed by Iran's disruption of the Strait of Hormuz to turn to American energy supplies instead.”
